- Corporate with strategic insurance partners including life insurance, general insurance, micro-insurance in Cambodia.
- Evaluate the Bancassurance Partnership, lead of facilitate the registration with regulators.
- Assess customer need, market study and competition analysis for the insurance product improvement.
- Develop the Bancassurance operational procedure including customer complaint handling procedure.
- Facilitate with cross functional team on process design to ensure its compliance with regulation and risk assessment.
- Prepare and facilitate the medium-term business plan and yearly operational plan for the company.
- Lead and facilitate the development of the new products for the company.
- Manage and improve Bancassurance Business to ensure its performance well align with the company strategy.
- Conduct the training on insurance referral process and facilitate the training on new insurance to operators.
- Facilitate the preparation of the marketing strategy, promotional campaign, marketing activities, message communication to market to ensure the mislead communication.
- Design and monitor the incentive program, sale campaign, performance bonus for bank staff to ensure the effectiveness of referral process, ensure the distribution agreement and the license with regulators are up to date.
- Support and facilitate between branch, insurer on claim request, customer complaint, provide suitable solution for customers.
- Responsible for regular settlement on the premium collection, commission, incentive, campaign with insurance company.
- Facilitate with Information technology team on separate system design and development for insurance business.
- Prepare the monthly report and quarterly report for regulators, manage product budget and performance vs plan.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line Management.
